Happy Healthy Kind Power Challenge Cards turn self-awareness into something children can practice through play.

Each card introduces a simple challenge connected to one of the body’s five organ systems—Kidneys, Liver, Stomach, Lungs, and Heart—helping children explore the relationship between physical health, emotions, energy, habits, and everyday choices. A special Broccoli Man Power-Up Card adds another playful opportunity to strengthen the skills they are learning.

Children can choose a card, complete the challenge, and discover practical ways to move, breathe, focus, rest, communicate, make healthy choices, and show kindness to themselves and others.

Designed for flexible use at home, in classrooms, therapy, counseling, wellness practices, or family learning time, the cards can be explored individually, used as daily prompts, or incorporated into games and group activities. There is no single right way to use them—the purpose is to encourage curiosity, participation, and meaningful conversation.

The complete deck includes 35 oversized 3.5 × 5-inch challenge cards—seven for each of the five organ systems—packaged together in a printed box.
